- Manage large-scale IT and SAP transformation projects within the Business Solution HPM (High Performance Metals)
- Take full ownership of scope, budget, quality, schedule, and risk management
- Lead and coordinate global, cross-functional project teams
- Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners, Solution Leads, and divisional IT units
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency, efficiency, and agile collaboration
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders up to Steering Committee level
Qualifications Qualifications
- University degree in Business Informatics, IT Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
- At least 8 years of experience in international IT project management, ideally in the metal or process industry
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA rollout projects
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP®, IPMA®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP) preferred
- SAP Activate Certificate preferred
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in an international context
- Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%)

Salary package and benefits: The minimum salary for this position is € 4,485.00 gross (14 times per annum). The actual salary depends on the respective qualifications and professional experience. We also offer the following benefits:
