Your tasks

• Scheduling and coordination of workshop orders
• Telephone, written and personal support for customers
• Active sale of additional services (e.g. mobility warranty, air conditioning disinfection, etc.)
• Assessment and evaluation of bodywork and paint damage in terms of cost and repair time
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service quality

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial training (experience in the automotive sector is required for commercial training)
• Professional experience as a specialist consultant or service consultant is an advantage
• Experience in direct customer contact
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as sales talent
• Confident and friendly demeanor
• PC user skills (Microsoft Office, ideally also Motion Data and Google Drive)
• Written and spoken German

D a salary

The gross wage according to the collective agreement is € 2,885.37 per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours).
Depending on qualifications and experience Overpayment possible .
