IT Team Assistant (f/m/d)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Team Assistant (f/m/d) to join our IT department and support the team with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. This is a high-trust position where attention to detail, strong communication, and a hands-on mindset are key. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of a busy team, keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.

This position is a maternity leave cover for 2 years, with the option to stay on longer. We welcome career changers (Quereinsteiger) – whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or another field, if you’re organized, trustworthy, and tech-friendly, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a part time position: 25-30hrs/week

• Invoice processing: accuracy checks, cost center assignment, approvals, supplier contact
• Contract management: input and maintenance of contracts in internal systems
• License management: support and backup for License Manager
• Hardware and shipment coordination incl. customs declaration and warranty handling
• Support with IT-related orders and deliveries, liaise with suppliers and internal teams
• Act as backup for the CTO Assistant in case of absence

• Experience working in an office or team setting
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken & written)
• Confident using Outlook and basic Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly and professional communication style
• Ability to work independently and with a high level of trust
