For our Global IT division at our headquarters in Wiesbaden (Germany), we are looking for you as soon as possible.
As Team Lead IT – Data & Process Integration Services, you will take disciplinary and technical leadership of a locally based and internationally extended team. You will be responsible for driving the transition from local structures towards a more centralized global setup while ensuring stable operations and continuous innovation in the areas of Master Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Process Integration.
Your Tasks
- Disciplinary leadership of the local team and technical leadership of virtual/international team members
- Development, coaching, and career support of team members, including performance management
- Definition of goals, prioritization of initiatives, and effective resource allocation
- Driving the transformation from local structures to a centralized global community and governance model
- Leadership and active stakeholder management across business and IT functions
- Acting as the main IT contact for business departments in the areas of master data management, business intelligence, and process integration
- Overall responsibility for integration services and related platforms, especially the SEEBURGER integration platform as well as SAP BTP
- Ensuring stable and efficient operations of BI solutions with a strong focus on SAP Business Warehouse
- Supporting and further developing master data management and governance structures (knowledge of Glasswing is a plus)
- Continuous alignment of requirements and processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Evaluation of technology trends and identification of potential improvements and innovation opportunities
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Deep knowledge about processes and applications (e.g. SAP BW, BI, SEEBURGER (EDI), BTP Integration Suite, MDM, Glasswing, PIM)
- Experiences in Consulting and Requirement Analysis in these fields
- Proven experience in leading teams, ideally in international or virtual setups
- Experience in building and developing global communities and centralized structures
- Strong skills in goal setting, prioritization, and structured decision-making
- Service-oriented mindset, strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English and German
