As Team Lead IT – Onsite Support (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for leading the onsite support team in Wiesbaden while driving service excellence and standardized support processes internationally.

Your Tasks

• Disciplinary management of the Onsite-Support Team in Wiesbaden
• Responsible for first level support at all locations in Germany
• Group-wide definition of support standards
• Responsible for coordinating support tickets and service requests (prioritization, distribution, and escalation)
• Establishment of a global community for support standards

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Minimum experience of 5 years in leading IT teams
• Ability to steer internal/external consulting and external service providers
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
• Ability to build and manage a young team with changing personnel
• Willingness to provide professional development for employees
• Driver's license Class B
• Professional in English and German
