For our Global IT division at our headquarters in Wiesbaden (Germany), we are looking for you as soon as possible.
As Team Lead – Infrastructure & Networks (m/f/d), you will take ownership of our global infrastructure and network landscape, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
What you can expect:
Disciplinary management of the Infrastructure & Network Team
Group-wide definition of hardware (computer, printer, firewall, etc.) and network (LAN, WAN, WiFi, etc.) standards
IT business partner and main contact for the worldwide requirements in this area
Central service responsibility for all IT solutions in the area of infrastructure & network
Responsibility for local server virtualization (VMware)
Establishment of a global community for IT standards in Infrastructure & Networks
Evaluation of technology trends and derivation of potential for action and innovation
What we expect:
Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
Minimum experience of 5 years in leading IT teams (digital workplace preferred)
Ability to steer internal/external consulting and external service providers
Deep knowledge of hardware, networking, and virtualization standards
Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
Willingness to work with colleagues to drive new solutions forward
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to stake holders
Driver's license Class B
Professional in English and German
