For our Global IT division at our headquarters in Wiesbaden (Germany), we are looking for you as soon as possible.
As Team Lead IT – Onsite Support (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for leading the onsite support team in Wiesbaden while driving service excellence and standardized support processes internationally.
What you can expect:
Disciplinary management of the Onsite-Support Team in Wiesbaden
Responsible for first level support at all locations in Germany
Group-wide definition of support standards
Responsible for coordinating support tickets and service requests (prioritization, distribution, and escalation)
Establishment of a global community for support standards
What we expect:
Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
Minimum experience of 5 years in leading IT teams
Ability to steer internal/external consulting and external service providers
Deep knowledge of Microsoft applications
Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
Ability to build and manage a young team with changing personnel
Willingness to provide professional development for employees
Driver's license Class B
Professional in English and German
