Responsible for managing day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of an Intermediaries front business unit. This role may include managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing financial management, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes, preparing key reports and presentations as well as supporting Intermediaries front employees with regular updates and insights.YOUR CHALLENGE
Centralized Execution and Operational Tasks:
- Support the centralized execution capability and execute operational tasks within the Governance and Process Management CH/GUE Team
- Manage client lifecycle/mid-office tasks and issue pricing agreements
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
- Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, including front markets within the Intermediaries Division
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and provide support and guidance on processes and systems
Process Support and Development:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of operational processes in the intermediaries lifecycle and provide support and training to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of process manuals and training guides
- Gather information from various sources, perform data analysis, and present findings to stakeholders
- Discuss solutions and implement changes to drive efficiency and operational excellence
Ad-hoc Duties and Projects:
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager and peers
- Participate in projects according to available capacity and contribute to the team's objectives
- Completed apprenticeship or technical college degree with a focus on business administration/banking & finance
- Knowledge and experience in the financial industry, preferably in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English and German; French and Italian language skills are a plus
YOUR PROFILE
Completed apprenticeship or technical college degree with a focus on business administration/banking & finance
Knowledge and experience in the financial industry, preferably in a similar role
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and service-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Fluency in English mandatory, German highly appreciated; French and Italian language skills are a plus
