- Business requirements shaping and writing technical requirements
- Solution workshops and technical validation of ideas
- Cross-functional design sessions
- Own and maintain solution documentation and architecture assets.
- Provide technical leadership to project managers and developers:
- Approve detailed designs and integration patterns
- Ensure quality, scalability, and business alignment of delivered solutions
- Contribute to the standardization of technical approaches across the IT ecosystem
- Continuously improve the company’s CRM & Retail architecture to support evolving business needs.
- Act as an administrator or support for selected systems/tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, monitoring, etc.).
- Support technical troubleshooting and help resolve architecture-level blockers.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

- Good understanding of integration architecture, preferably with MuleSoft (or similar iPaaS)
- Ability to directly configure/administer Salesforce and/or MuleSoft systems, and implement smaller technical solutions yourself
- Experience designing end-to-end business solutions and working across systems and teams
- Strong collaboration and communication skills — ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams alike
- Proven experience reviewing and approving designs from development teams
- Good documentation skills and disciplined technical thinking
Nice-to-Have
