Aufgaben

Contributing to a bank-wide e-learning program on security designed to enhance security and risk awareness, with a particular focus on phishing / Designing and organizing attractive formats such as specialized training sessions, workshops, and continuing education courses aimed at raising awareness of the early and sustainable detection of risks posed by phishing / Shaping and further developing a risk-aware culture in the area of security that reinforces behavior and sustainably improves the decisions of all employees in modern work environments / Further development of the phishing platform / Group-wide analysis and evaluation of results regarding operational risks associated with phishing emails / Derivation of effective protective measures and promotion of dialogue on security behavior, risk perception, and best practices.

Qualifikation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree / Continuing education in compliance or risk management, or currently pursuing such a degree, is a plus / Professional experience in HR or IT with a focus on e-learning / Interest in information security and the specialized topic of “security and risk awareness,” including related processes / Analytical mindset with a team-oriented approach and strong communication skills / Service-oriented mindset and interest in influencing bank employees through risk-based approaches / Interest in a structured, independent work style / IT savvy, proficient in banking software and Excel / German (C1/C2) and English; additional languages are a plus.
