Aufgaben

Design of IT services in the area of global ALM processes with regard to functions and responsibilities / Management of the further development of the AML service strategy for account openings, onboarding, and KYC/AML compliance as well as financial crime / Further development of an IT service catalog in collaboration with the specialist teams after coordinating various perspectives / Implementation of optimized IT services following problematic processes related to incident and problem management, including change management / Identification and assessment of AML IT service risks / Monitoring and assessment of the AML IT service landscape / Assessment of the response time of 1st and 2nd line of defense risk management following incidents / Assessment of access rights controls / Ongoing optimization of IT service processes through automation and process improvement, as well as by ensuring AML service management best practices / Measurement of the performance and risks of IT services for global ALM processes and reporting to senior management / Monitoring of the AML service architecture, as well as service contracts and agreements / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Business Law / ITIL certification required / Knowledge of bank compliance processes, e.g., onboarding, account openings, KYC, AML, financial crime, KYT / Professional experience in IT service management and knowledge of ITIL practices / As a project manager, analytical skills and problem-solving skills/multitasking skills and quality orientation / Team orientation and high social skills / Communication and presentation skills / Fluency in English, German as an advantage.
