How you can make an impact

As a Senior Consultant Financial Services within Deloitte Digital, you will work with Switzerland’s leading major and mid-market financial institutions to shape how they interact with their clients on a daily basis . Using agile and CX principles, you will conceptualize, design and deliver customer-facing digital products, analyze front office processes, or work alongside CRM specialists . Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our clients in conceptualizing and defining end-to-end customer experiences (based on user-centric methodologies) that align with business goals
• Engaging with various stakeholders to understand client needs & opportunities, ensure alignment with engagement objectives and report on progress
• Work with client stakeholders in sales, service, marketing and IT to analyze and design front-office processes, and translate them into concrete requirements
• Engage with end-clients to collect and analyze customer feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements
• Work in agile multidisciplinary teams to deliver both custom-built and platform-based digital products
• Be an intrapreneur and further shaping your personal and professional skillsets through engagement with initiatives you’re passionate about

Who We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Master’s degree in finance, business/economics, digital management, or STEM subjects
• Prior work experience (3-4 years) in a transformative role at a financial institution, or in a consultancy / agency working for financial services
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate business problems and digital solutions to stakeholders of different seniority levels
• Your English and German are spotless, French is a strong advantage
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of clients and in challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders
• You’re a team player and able to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams such as designers, developers, business analysts, etc.
• You’re excited by the value that digital solutions can unlock for users and businesses
• English and German are spotless. French is a strong plus.
