The Crypto Valley Association is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Part-Time Account Manager to engage, support, and retain members through meaningful relationship management and community-building efforts. The Account Manager will play a key role in working closely with leading blockchain & crypto companies in Switzerland and globally.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep interest in the blockchain and web3 industry. We’re looking for someone passionate, hungry and with a go-getter attitude who is happy to join a small but very effective team. Our team values openness, taking initiative and a positive attitude.

· Support the Executive Director in liaising with corporate & startup members, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

· Maintain regular, proactive communication and regular meetings (both online and in-person) with startup and corporate members to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.

· Analyze the association’s member base to understand demographics, interests, and engagement trends.

· Identify key themes and drivers behind why companies and individuals join the association.

· Build strategies and implement initiatives that respond to member needs and maximize the value & retention of existing corporate members.

· Contribute to ideation around programs and offerings that support member retention and drive new membership growth.

· Identify opportunities for improvement and member experiences.

· Represent the association at in-person meetings and events across Switzerland.

· Coordinate and support the organization of events, collaborations, and initiatives with startup and corporate partners.

We are looking for a motivated team player who is passionate about community-building and delivering value to our members.

• Proven track record in managing corporate clients and accounts
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the digital asset, blockchain and crypto space
• Bachelors / Masters / KV-Lehre degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related fields or technical
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with senior and C-level executives and high-profile clients
• Someone with a doer mindset who is happy to take initiative, think on their feet and be a collaborative team player
• Advanced written and verbal communications in English; German language is a plus
• Based in Zug or Zurich area

Note, this is a part time role with 50% utilization.
