A leading company in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and future Supply Chain systems as part of its Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain (CMSC) organization.

This is a business-focused role, centered on process definition, systems design, and the integration of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, AD/QC, and Quality functions.

This role is based in Zug, Switzerland.

Main responsibilities of the S4HANA Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager include:

• Partner with project managers to develop and execute detailed project plans, leading cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on schedule while managing risks and issues
• Act as the EU Business Systems Owner for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with regulatory and validation requirements, while partnering with IT and Quality to maintain systems in a validated state
• Support the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, AD/QC, and Quality business functions, incorporating best practices and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary Switzerland-based contact for the SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and integrators
• Identify and secure resources to meet project goals, developing contingency plans to address potential constraints
• Work with global stakeholders to define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and iterative enhancements
• Drive continuous process and systems improvement initiatives, ensuring proper rollout of new functionalities and alignment with Switzerland-based contract manufacturing operations

Requirements of S4HANA Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager:

• 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with a focus on ERP implementations.
• Proven experience completing multiple SAP S/4HANA lifecycle implementations
• PMP or similar project management certification; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• In-depth knowledge of GMPs, FDA regulations, and biotech industry standards
• Demonstrated success in the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA systems, with the ability to deliver fast-track projects
• Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory processes
