Proclinical is seeking a motivated Solution Laboratory Manager to join a dynamic team focused on providing innovative automation solutions for diagnostic laboratories. This role involves managing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting testing activities to optimize workflow and improve patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage designated laboratory areas, including operations, access, supply replenishment, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and laboratory practices, with authority to address non-compliance.
• Develop and maintain laboratory documentation to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for laboratory operations and support.
• Lead laboratory strategy and lifecycle management in collaboration with Test Managers.
• Procure reagents and consumables for laboratory use.
• Perform standard equipment maintenance and coordinate calibration, certification, and repairs.
• Mediate conflicts among lab users and provide safety introductions for visitors.
• Conduct laboratory tours and act as a Test Manager when required to support testing activities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).
• Experience in laboratory equipment workflow and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software interactions.
• Background in integration or testing, ideally within medical diagnostics.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English and German (B2 level or higher).
• Basic knowledge of laboratory networks.
• Dynamic, flexible, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with cross-contamination studies and simulated IT environments.
