Aufgaben

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn by doing and take responsibility early on. You’ll work closely with the two founders and support the business across a broad range of topics.

Your tasks will include a variety of hands-on activities, such as:

• Business Development & Sales

• Research and qualify potential customers and partners

• Support sales outreach and customer interactions

• Help improve sales materials and processes

• Customer Support

• Support customers via email and other channels

• Help identify recurring issues and improve the customer experience

• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights

• Product & Marketing

• Support product testing and feedback collection

• Assist with marketing content and campaigns

• Analyze results and help optimize messaging and positioning

Depending on your interests and strengths, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects.

Qualifikation

• Enrolled Master’s student
• Fluent in French and English (required)
• Italian and/or German are a strong plus
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to take responsibility
• Structured, reliable, and comfortable working independentlyInterest in startups, technology, or sustainability is a plus
