We are happy to announce that the SRSS project "Consolidation of back office functions and consolidation of IT-governance and infrastructure" we were leading the last year came to a successful end. The final conference with Finnish and Estonian experts took place in Vilnius. The last partner meeting is going to take place in Nikšić, Montenegro. The CrowdStream consortium is going to talk about the final steps, regional action plans and will start to prepare the policy recommendations. AEI, together with officials of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, have successfully completed a study visit to HRSSC (Human Resources Shared Services Center) in Dublin, Ireland.The main aim of this study trip was to share experiences and lessons learned by Lithuanian and Irish officials concerning shared services in the field of Human Resources, pension systems and IT systems. https://www.aei.at/events/event/studienreise-irland/?lang=en
