🤝 Ortstermin in London bei AxeTrading, einem preisgekrönten Software-Anbieter für FinTech mit Niederlassung im Magdeburger Wissenschaftshafen. Im Rahmen der Delegationsreise des Ministerpräsidenten von Sachsen-Anhalt, Dr. Reiner Haseloff, tauschte man sich zu zur Fachkräftegewinnung aus. Bei Axe Trading, das innovative Lösungen im Bereich Fixed Income anbietet, arbeiten 74 Beschäftigte, davon allein 52 in Magdeburg, das Team ist in allen Ländern international aufgestellt. IMG-Geschäftsführer Thomas Einsfelder stellte den #Fachkräfteservice der IMG vor und erläuterte: „In Sachsen-Anhalt gibt es - trotz aller Schwierigkeiten vor dem Hintergrund des Ukraine-Krieges und der anhaltenden Pandiemie - eine richtige Aufbruchstimmung: Namhafte international tätige Unternehmen haben sich entschieden, hier ansässig zu werden, aber auch kleine und mittlere Unternehmen, die ihren erfolgreichen Wachstumskurs fortsetzen, können selbstbewusst nach vorne sehen. Im Bereich Fachkräfte unterstützen wir diese mit Analysen, tragen Informationen zusammen, geben Hinweise zu Förderprogrammen und Personalqualifikationen. Dabei halten wir engen Kontakt zu unseren Netzwerkpartnern wie Arbeitsagenturen, Alumni-Büros, Landesinitiativen und Privaten Dienstleistern und verschaffen unseren Partnern Zugang zu diesem Netzwerk.“ ------------------------------------------- On-site visit in London to AxeTrading, an award-winning software provider for FinTech with a branch in Magdeburg's Port of Science. As part of the delegation trip of the Prime Minister of Saxony-Anhalt, Dr. Reiner Haseloff, they exchanged views on the recruitment of skilled workers. Axe Trading, which offers innovative fixed income solutions, employs 74 people, 52 of them in Magdeburg alone, and the team has an international presence in all countries. IMG Managing Director Thomas Einsfelder presented IMG's Service for Skilled and Talented Staff and explained, "In Saxony-Anhalt - despite all the difficulties amid the Ukraine war and the ongoing pandemic - there is a real mood of optimism: well-known internationally active companies have decided to locate here, but small and medium-sized companies that are continuing their successful growth course can also look ahead with confidence. In terms of recruiting talents, we support them with analyses, compile information, and provide advice on support programs and personnel qualifications.
