Daher liegen bei uns die #Startgehälter schon im ersten Ausbildungsjahr gut 30% über der durchschnittlichen Vergütung für Auszubildende in Deutschland. Mit jedem Ausbildungsjahr steigt das Azubigehalt bei uns um weitere knapp 20%.
