It has been a busy time here at DaCast, as our highly anticipated HTML5 video solution is on the near horizon.
Last month we teased a “public HTML5 beta” coming in June. So what happened? Well the public beta has been postponed, likely indefinitely. The reason is that it started to become clear this month that a HTML5 Pay Per View / Subscription video paywall solution was moving along faster than we originally projected.
So rather than introduce the public beta, which was always a stop gap...
