🌈 Happy Pride Month!
Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity community have continued working to together with colleagues and external support during the last year and are proud of where we're at today – but there's still progress to be made and we cannot wait to see where we will be in the next year.
In the spirit of Pride month, we've asked Sofie Sundgren (Director Service Solutions) and Sofie Östemar (Area Manager) to share their thoughts -
Sofie Sundgren:
“To be able to build success, I think it’s a prerequisite to feel safe and included. Everyone has the rights to feel that. When I talk with my daughters, inclusion is a no-brainer. Kids see no difference between people. This makes me hopeful, and I feel confident that we today are creating a better future for everyone.”
Sofie Östemar:
Diversity is not just about recognizing our differences; it’s about embracing them and understanding that each unique perspective adds value and depth to our collective experience and therefore to the solutions we create for our customers. By celebrating PRIDE we foster an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to be their authentic selves. The strength of diversity is our greatest asset, and it is what propels us forward towards a future of equality and acceptance for all. Let’s continue to champion diversity!
