Last week we had the opportunity to present our groundbreaking Smart Spraying Solution at a field day in Quellendorf, Germany, promoted by Industrieverband Agrar e. V. (IVA) to show new technologies promoting digitalization and biodiversity in agriculture.
We were honored by the presence of Ms. Silvia Bender, State Secretary at the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, who watched a live demonstration of our technology integrated into a beautiful Herbert Dammann GmbH machine in the company of their CEO Ms. Nadine Dammann. Also present were Frank Gemmer, CEO of IVA, Michael Wagner, President of IVA and VP EMEA North at BASF Agricultural Solutions and our Global Product Manager, Janis J. Faltmann.
Through its Farm-to-Fork Strategy, the European Union has set ambitious goals to create a fair, healthy and sustainable food production system. And guess what? The Smart Spraying Solution is a key tool to achieve that! 🌱🌿🌾🌻🌍
The system helps farmers achieve savings on herbicides while maintaining high-performance weed control - and it even documents everything, making it easy to report to authorities as needed. The future is here!
