<P><SPAN>Since we started 9 years ago,</SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN>Monterail has been involved in building several HR Tech products, including HR administration software and a recruitment platform. Our priority is to deliver meaningful software, and the only way to do it is by thoroughly understanding the business needs of users and providers of such solutions.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>Our first event of the series is titled </SPAN><SPAN>HR Tech: Emotional and Artificial Intelligence in Team Performance Software. </SPAN></P>
<P>It's dedicated to the issue of how to address the 2 prominent objectives in management guidelines that seem to be mutually exclusive: a more <STRONG>human-centric management </STRONG>on the one hand, and <STRONG>automatized scalability</STRONG> offered by modern software and AI on the other.</P>
<P><SPAN><SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>We want to boost the dialog between providers and consumers of such services for better understanding of the business needs that HR Tech can solve, and to learn about current state-of-art standards in specific use cases. </P>
