Reaching talents in Switzerland can be tough, especially if they’re located so high in the mesmerizing Alps. Using social media can be easier (not saying that effortless though) than climbing them, but be aware that not everything will be handed to you on a silver platter as Switzerland is still developing in social recruiting and job boards are still being used as the main recruiting tool.
