Our Kindergarten kids at Leipzig International School were given a voice in deciding their lunch menu through a child-friendly voting machine designed by a Grade 12 student. This initiative turned a routine decision into an opportunity to foster student agency, participation, and ownership, ensuring that the children who eat the meals have a say in choosing them.

Our U14 table tennis teams delivered an excellent performance at their recent tournament, combining strong results with outstanding sportsmanship.
The boys’ team secured an impressive 2nd place out of 6 teams, competing in several closely contested matches that showcased their determination and teamwork. 🌿A special day out in nature this Saturday! Our first LIS GreenTeam Tour:
We visited a beautiful farm and woodland in Topfseifertsdorf where nature conservation isn’t just talked about – it’s truly lived. Guided by two passionate hosts (NABU RG “Im Erlbachtal”), we got hands-on: planting trees, exploring the woodland, and learning how to care for animals and the environment with respect.

They organised a truly wonderful staff appreciation lunch, and we are so grateful for the generosity, care and thought that went into it.
