Seven in ten NOAB administration-office domains do not ask receivers to stop forged mail.
NovaMX counted public mail records for active offices in the NOAB member portal: 854 unique domains across 919 offices (1–7 October 2026). 68.6% have no DMARC record, or only p=none.
