3 years of parasus - a company gets dressed up
Shirt, tie or bow tie and then surprise the managing directors on their 3rd anniversary. Digitally, of course - and the surprise was a success.
It's amazing what you can achieve together in 3 years, how much fun work is, and what appreciation you experience in a team.
Normal? Definitely not - the way of working at parasus is open, based on 100% trust, and offers individual flexibility. Everyone is important, everyone contributes their distinctive strengths and is seen. And this also has an impact on the clients - coordination works well, project processes are structured and clients are more than satisfied with project progress thanks to clear communication.
Let´s continue like this!
What we wish for - we want to maintain this cohesion, knowing that something has to be done for it. To continue to focus on openness and transparency, even in a growing company, and to recognize each individual for what he or she brings to the table.
