We just learned that Kuba Błaszczykowski will be our neighbour at the Cosmopolitan Tower in Warsaw. Our clients have, of course, a standing invitation to visit our office at any time ;) Alas, the famous soccer player will have a worse view than ours, as we're on the 37th floor and he's only on the 21st :P

People have a tendency to apply this term to their largest suppliers or, in the best case, suppliers they're most DEPENDENT on. Let's not mix up terms - these are at best BOTTLENECK suppliers. A strategic supplier is one, whose co-operation brings you BENEFITS in comparison to your competitors (Know-how, lock on resources, flexible capacity, good brand, etc.) Do/can your strategic suppliers deliver these benefits?
