A few days ago, the load out of our first three Monopiles for the windfarm Baltic Power, which is being built on the Polish Baltic coast, took place. 🌊
A total of 78 Monopiles are being produced at our plant in Nordenham and will now be transported step by step to the marshalling harbour in Rönne on the Danish Island of Bornholm. 25 shipments are still to come. 🚢
The windfarm is scheduled for completion in 2026. 🙌

The two cranes at our company's own heavy-duty quay facility at the estuary of the Weser have been upgraded. 🏗 Previously, the cranes were able to be loaded with 800 tons each; from now on, 900 tons per crane are possible.
To warrant the increased capacity, load tests took place over the past few weeks under the support of crane experts. Special "waterbags" were hung in the cranes to achieve a total test weight of 1,125 tons. 💪

Today we are celebrating the completion of the last He Dreiht Monopile! Almost 84,000 tons of steel later, the Monopile production for the #EnBW wind farm is coming to an end.
