A modified infection model using silver multilayer (SML) coating showed massive decrease of antimicrobial activity in vitro, and pathogen reduction with a complete cure rate of 58% in an in vivo osteomyelitis model in rabbits.

Our internal company challenge “Zero Waste” with the aim of increasing the awareness of environmental protection - be it in the laboratory or at home - was a bright success.
We collected plenty of ideas, all feasible suggestions will be realised asap to fulfil our part of climate protection.

UPCYCLING!
Unsere Kongress-Taschen sind aus einem Gewebe aus PET-Flaschen-Material und Baumwolle hergestellt worden. Eine Frauen-Kooperative in Südafrika nähte für uns diese Goodies unter Fair-Trade Bedingungen.
Our congress-bags are made of cotton and a tissue processed of recycled plastic bottles (PET). The bespoke bags are produced in women-owned collectives under full fair trade conditions.
