The Professor at the Faculty of Informatics and Co-Director of IDSIA (USI-SUPSI Institute) has been appointed Full Member of SATW ( www.sawt.ch ) for his numerous and original contributions in the field of artificial intelligence.
The vaccine protects cattle from bovine Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) that causes serious respiratory illnesses and mortality. The bovine virus is closely related to the human RSV virus that can cause serious bronchiolitis and pneumonia.
