multi.env™ has the advantage that the runtime environment is equal on the live (prod.env™) and development servers (dev.env™).
prod.env™ and dev.env™ are separated layers based on the same system and each of them provides its own services. On the live servers the system must be fast and secure and during development the developers need more access to the services for debug purposes.
