Projects: Residential Villas & G+2 Building  Supervised reinforced concrete, formwork, reinforcement installation and masonry construction activities.  Prepared quantity take-offs, material estimates, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and procurement requirements.  Coordinated municipality inspections, concrete casting approvals and construction quality testing.  Monitored material consumption, inventory records and construction expenditure.

Project: Lucky One Shopping Mall  Supervised piling, structural construction and architectural finishing activities against approved specifications.  Monitored geotechnical works, concrete quality and construction material testing.  Coordinated granite installation, mild steel fabrication and false ceiling works.  Supported the Resident Engineer with site inspections, quality checks and technical reporting.

Project: Dolmen City Towers – High-Rise Development  Assisted construction teams with structural inspections, site execution and quality control activities.  Monitored reinforced concrete works, construction progress and compliance with technical drawings.  Supported construction planning, site documentation and QA/QC reporting
