Creating function blocks for SIMATIC S7 LAD / FBD in the context of the automation system. Calibrating & maintenance of Solid flow meter, Bin weighting systems & Weigh feeders.

Leading a team of five instrument technicians. Programming DCS (ABB) by Functional Diagram, and hardware troubleshooting. Maintenance & calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT (Rosemount, ABB). Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves and motorized valves (Auma, Limit Torque). Maintenance and calibration of orifice plate flow meters (Rosemount). Maintenance & calibration of stack monitors system, and O2, CO gas analyzer.
