1. Leading the function of Finance Controlling for Mann + Hummel India. 2. Assisting and providing support to Country, Business and Functional heads about Financials. 3. Enhancing skills and promoting growth mentality among the team members and teams. 4. Assessing risk and opportunities, define measures that are needed to deliver the plan. 5. Ensuring forecast accuracy for Sales, EBIT, Capex and Cash flow. 6. Preparation of Business Plan for new expansions and business opportunities.

1. Coordination of production calculations from M+H locations. 2. Consolidation of product calculations and making a project evaluation report. 3. Support in the process of market price determination and doing target costing. 4. Commercial guidance to the project team by participating in VA/VE workshops. 5. Project Budgeting, Tracking and monitoring of Project costs. providing support to locations on FACTON usage. 6. Supervising hourly rates and surcharges used in making product calculations.

1. Forming the Project Team for Implementing MM, SD and PP Modules in SAP. Team of 12 members selected. 2. Preparation of Gap Analysis for each module. with support from Head quarters and End users made an "As Is" process and "To Be" process for each module. 3. Arranging local and overseas training for the project team. 4. Documented the critical transactions and arranging end user training. 5. Project went live successfully.
