-Developed a pyrolysis process model in order to predict the effect of process variables on product yields, selectivity and energy demand of the plant -50% reduction in energy consumption of reactor with same product quality being achieved - Proposed solution allows to increase the capacity of the plant by factor 2

-Techno economic & sustainable process design for enhanced recovery of lactose products via chemical free whey permeate processing - Proposed process design increased the yield of lactose recovery from 70% to 90%
