Present to the respective Regional Council, the plans, programs and projects of the Regional and of each Training Centre in accordance with the strategic guidelines

Participate in the knowledge networks so that the programs of the Center have the quality and relevance required. Respond for the quality, relevance, coverage and good performance of the curricular programs of the Training Center in charge. Periodically Assess program compliance and quality as well as student performance and formulate improvement plans. To Promote the integration of the training and the research of its Center, with the necessities of the productive sectors that it serves.
