 Supervising the entire operations of the branch; looking after the set up of channel partners in Tamil Nadu upcountry market and launching the Home Loan Business first time in upcountry Tamil Nadu across 12 locations.  Developing direct marketing agency for sales and marketing; studying the market potential and assign business plan quarterly / monthly / yearly to DSAs; DSA development plan and recognition plan.

 Accountable for generating revenue for the organizations; networking with the channel partners for monitoring receivables recovery & sales order generation.  Overseeing legal recoveries of debts for Tamil Nadu upcountry market .  Handling corporate sales of leasing business; re-launching the leasing business in upcountry Kerala State.
