Within the borders of Beşiktaş Municipality and the district, establishment and commission of new enterprises as well as conducting all sorts of operations regarding functional procedures of these facilities. Implementation of all required procedures in order to provide a complete coordination between the headquarters and the municipal units, concerning the issues such as flow of information, cooperation, usage of resources, planning and employment.

Provided administrative support by preparing required reports, handled information requests and performed clerical functions such as conducting correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.Conducted research, compiled data and prepared papers for consideration and presentation to the Executive Director, staff and Board Members. Assisted in crew planning operations as per weekly rosters, maintained and updated all crew records .

Planning and coordination of all service activities with a view to conducting presentation and sales in accordance with the service standards. Evaluation of feedback relating to service quality, in case of demand, altering the type of service presentation and diversification of food and beverage menu. Responsible of all purchasing activities as well as inventory control.

Responsible for sales of audio and data lines to corporate-grade customers in accordance with monthly targets determined by the Corporate Sales Department. Initiation and conducting of necessary operational procedures for after sales line activation. Regular follow up of usage, invoices, and additional line and modification details. Regular visits to current customers in order to correspond to their different needs and inform them of the new products and services.

Conducted fieldwork in collaboration with the Portfolio Managers in order to reach the regional targets. Supervised the sales process in all aspects to ensure its strict coherence to the General Sales Procedure and Individual Pension System Regulations. Audited and followed the sales operations on a daily basis to provide a complete sales process. Implemented promotion activities in accordance with the budget conditions.

As a licenced Individual Pension System Broker, procurement of new participants to the system. ( Introduced 290 new participants to the system between November 2003 – May 2005 ) Within the scope of financial counselling service, distributed the savings among the suitable pension funds.

Followed the daily transactions of the active corporate clients. Conducted financial analysis for prospective clients to establish financial credentials.
