CRM responsibilities for both Sports and Casino Products: Updating the website on a daily basis (CMS / banners / streaming); Managing the CRM execution (newsletters, SMS, push notifications); Working closely with Marketing, Design, QA and Customer Service teams to maintain communication and coordination; Implementing new campaigns / promotions for all markets Providing reports weekly and monthly base being responsible of all Turkish contents/translations

-Creator and editor/translator of monthly Business Intelligence Magazine of Glass Industry for internal departments -Assisting Chief of Commercial Officer for periodic measurement and analysis of marketing,sales and supply chain performances -Creating and implementing executive business analyses reporting models for daily, weekly and monthly evaluations

- Creating and implementing sector specific marketing strategy and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share - Developing content for website, brochures, case studies, blogs and other relevant marketing material in collaboration with team members - Being responsible of business develoment with press members, associations, local iniatitives - Travelling to on site inspections and project managing events - Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.

Analyzing Market and identifying opportunities, finding new potential areas/customers Selling Professional Material Testing Machines in all relevant markets Qualifying leads, assessed needs and recommending solutions; negotiating Planning and conducting customer seminars in field of material testing systems Organizing local news, make implementations of news and marketing sources to the international web-page of company

- Translating the user manuals of products (from German and English to TR) - Translations of Webpage (from German and English to TR) - Writing, organising and publishing the local news - Organising of user manuals via PageMaker, Indesing etc. - Translation of user-software (from German to TR) - Assisting sales and service departments for their trips, organisations, presentations, seminars etc. - Organising of office events, seminars etc. - participating in presentations of seminars

The company was a aluminium producer for machinery, automotive and furniture industries. The responsibilities were: - Following the the process from the beginning, technical drawing to the sample and serial production. - Order Entries - Following up production process - Transfer and customs clearance - Billing - The whole process till the customer gets the goods.
