He has served in leadership positions for software projects for local markets ranging in multi-million PKR to international markets using Waterfall/Agile and Hybrid approach working as Project Manager working with IKANO Bank Sweden

The position revolved around project planning - requirement gathering, analysis, incorporation of statement of work, project planning, execution, monitoring and control using water fall and agile methodology. I have majorly worked for 5 years in project management and 3.5 years as in software testing.

As Software quality assurance engineer, I was responsible for requirement analysis, FS reviews, test case writing, execution and fault reporting to ensure that we deliver the right product to the client

As planning engineer, I was responsible to coordinate with regional sales office to consolidate their orders, log them in the system, plan the production according to their priorities. I was also able to communicate the ongoing progress to all the regions (North, center and South) of their orders, coordinate with production teams for production planning, plan the slitter machines daily/weekly plan as per the orders and priorities. Also the dispatch of the orders and their tracking was my responsibility.
