Working as Senior Vice President – Sales in Touchpoint (Pvt.) Ltd, I am responsible for sales functions all over the Pakistan. Business units reporting are of ATM (Diebold), Kiosk solutions and Supplies & Accessories.

At ABM Worldwide Technologies Ltd, Responsible for IT Business. Maintained the standards in services with HR profiling of personnel for targeted market segment as HP-Preferred Partner, CISCO Partner, Symantec Partner, and Microsoft Partner.

Worked with Ikon Technologies and established system integration cycle from spares stocking to finished products with relevant quality assurance procedures of ISO. Worked independently on various Government projects funded by donor agencies. Assisted other team members at branch offices.

Led the Pakistan domestic services profit center of ABM Data Systems - marketing, sales, services and distribution organization with 6 direct reports. Pak Rs. 16 Million operating income improvement in fiscal year 2001 versus year 2000. Domestic Net Services Sales increased from zero bases to Pak Rs. 22 million, during overall market decline. Restructured for further profitability in June 2002. Successfully integrated product sales and services sales functions on national level.

Facilitated the startup of new business at ABM Computer Service and achieved growth of international business in Central Asia including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia & Azerbaijan. Grew consolidated net services sales and turned losses to a net profit exceeding US $0.5 million after third year. Recruited and trained staff for Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia & Azerbaijan. Re-engineered Help Desk for contract services and tune it up as a product.
