- Assisting with production of current season collections. - Pattern drafting, sampling, toiling & checking graded set patterns. - Developing designs, rendering technical drawings and finalising tech packs. - Quality checking production and preparing store order shipments. - Providing alterations to show pieces and private client orders. - Liaising with & allocating fabrics to manufacturers for production and samples.

- Motivating floor team and providing feedback to exceed company goals. - To hire, discipline & train staff and support floor team. - Resolving customer queries as well as internal problem solving. - Responsible for the delegation of tasks and prioritising store timelines. - Visual merchandising of in-store displays.
