I'm a Senior Consultant within the Development and Engineering Division at Streamline, having a strong focus on the European Market. I manage PSL partnerships with leading organisations across various sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management and Digital Agencies.

Financial services, Debt Management

Was responsible in recruiting new agents and then training them, as well as managing the sales team, monitoring calls and ensuring targets are met. Took on certain administration responsibilities within the company and held meetings with some of the account managers of the providers we sold for. Organised and maintained our own customer database ensuring we kept on top of it to get maximum volume of sales.

Selling for one of the UK's top phone and broadband provider Talk Talk. Gained a number of skills within telesales, being persuasive, the importance of building rapport and ultimately closing the deal. Was very much trusted by my team leader to look after the agents on our team and assist them when needed on their calls at any time and whilst the team leader was absent from the office.

Held different roles within the company which specialised in fires, stoves and fireplaces; Sales Assistant, Deliveries, Showroom Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Stock Control and Surveyor.
