In my role, I manage the development and strategy for our internal software solutions. This involves driving process optimization, managing large-scale projects like our company-wide ERP system migration, and taking ownership of key internal applications. A key focus has been on improving user-centricity, such as designing distinct user interfaces for different employee roles, and enhancing team efficiency by scaling our development team and introducing agile methodologies.

Managed on-site project execution for large-scale residential construction projects. My responsibilities included coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing teams of over 20 workers, and ensuring project delivery against tight deadlines. I successfully took ownership of a delayed 400-unit project and delivered the final handover within a two-month timeframe.
