Quality Control: Controlling the flow of quality by visual inspection and measurement of sheet metal parts. QC procedure takes place at each stage of manufacturing i.e. folding, welding, painting etc. Team Work: Collaborating with senior and junior staff to ensure quality procedure. Being proactive as a part of a team i.e. if any manufacturing defect is there, we work as a team to discuss and solve the problem.

Designing & Assembly: As a sheet metal contractor of Caterpillar and other companies, integrated designs with the help of softwares like Solidworks and AutoCAD 2D/3D was the main task of the role along with design approval from seniors. Assembly and inspection of manufactured sheet metal parts as a final stage before dispatch.

QA: Quality Assurance was part of managing flow of quality in manufacturing lines on a daily basis. Analysis and approval of quality at each level of manufacturing with the help of CMM machine, Trimos, automatic and manual dimension gauges, roundness tester and surface finish tester were the main tasks.

My core modules are Systems Engineering, Electromechanics, Digital Signal Processing with Embedded Systems and Robotics. These modules provide wide range of understanding in core Mechanical and Mechatronics Systems.

Modules in my MSc studies include Sustainable Energy, Low Impact Manufacturing, Green Business, Research Methods, Sustainable Development, Sustainable Buildings, Energy Analysis and Efficient Design. My final year project is focused on installation of a small-scale wind turbine near housings.

My core modules were Production Technology and manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Thermodynamics, Metallurgy.
