•Planning, design, and implementation of sanitary systems, ventilation systems, air conditioning systems, fire protection systems, and heating systems using 2D-3D CAD software. • Creation of detailed 3D models in Revit for project visualization, and Coordination of BIM models with the architecture, structural departments. • Implementation of construction and development methods. • Management of project schedules, resources, and budgets. • Preparation of technical reports, and construction specifications.

• Design of mechanical systems such as HVAC systems, exhaust systems, fire protection systems, as well as plumbing systems. • Calculations, selection, and sizing of components. • Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/requirements specifications and technical specifications. • Compliance with safety standards, preparation of technical reports, and conducting technical meetings.
