Duties: •Responsible for transforming the conventional machining shop into a digital shop utilizing CAD/CAM/CNC Technologies. •Providing input on Manufacturing/ Repair of different Steel Making Equipment. •Provide the GD&T input into the drawings for released components working closely with the design and engineering team. Highlights: •Providing a comprehensive upgrade plan to CNC Machinery and tools. •Building the first Dimensional Metrology and Inspection Lab in EZDK.

Duties •Working with icealex team to approach young makers, Entrepreneurs & students to learn and use latest digital fabrication technologies to develop prototypes and/or Products for their Start Ups. •Practically trained more than 50 young Egyptians on Using Laser Cutting Machine and Vector Graphics Software. Highlights •Portable Open source laser engraving system (4 Prototypes developed). •Ultimaker 3D Printer (Developed prototype#1). •Low Cost Conductive Ink Kit project.

Duties •Responsible for Customized Design, Manufacturing and Installing Material Handling Conveyors •Using SolidWorks to design the conveyor system, prepare manufacturing files and follow up on manufacturing and installation Highlights •Complete design and manufacturing of Spiral Conveyor. •Design and Prototyping of Electric Drum rollers saving about 50% of Conveyor Power consumption •Worked with multinational clients like: Pepsico, Toshiba, Heinz, Moulinex and more than 20 other projects.

• 3D Modeling of the whole Feminine Care Department using Solid Edge, 6th October plant. • Factory Layout Planning and allocating New Production Lines Using the 3D Model. • Participated in the upgrade process of one of the Feminine care Production Lines.
