• Managing Egypt supply portfolio local and imported  Local: Demand Management, communication and follow up with Plant supply team.  Imported: Demand Management, communication with Plants and DCs teams through close look on the planning and allocation of quantities to Egypt. • Demand alignment with business unit teams and sales team.

Managing company private label frames and niche spectacles and sunglasses brands. Managing company CL supplier relations and agreements. Full ordering cycle management in nine different countries with different supply setups. Managing Stores Stock, ordering and Replenishment. Managing more than 200 Stores through 8 countries. Maintain relationships with vendor teams (supply, customer service, marketing and management). Manage vendor deals, commercial agreements and KPIs. SAP technical management.

Doing the supply Forecast of Laundry brands for Levant countries and Egypt. Supplying this region through Cairo & Dammam plants, trough calls and meetings with supplying sites and Marketing Departments. Managing stocks on hand month in month out on short term& long term levels at distributor through orders placement with right quantities ensuring sales period coverage taking into consideration the healthy safety stock and initiative management for new launches. Managing brands initiative and launches.

Responsibilities include full order management on SAP. Responsible for any F&HC Products to be exported ex-Cairo plant to any of P&G customers (Handled more than 12 customers in different countries e.g. Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Pakistan, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Tunisi etc.). Ensuring orders fulfillments to guarantee customer satisfaction e.g. production on time, shipment on time, documentation on time…etc. and lead the customer satisfaction survey with each customer to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsible for securing the daily production plan for the F&HC operation, for 5 Laundry brands and one Dish Care Product. Using SAP to specify the critical materials and secure it collaborating with team members. Responsible for SAP master data setup/maintenance for F&HC related SAP production elements. Smart planner software key user managing the planning and sequencing of production plan (Making & Packing). Responsible for the PDCA cycle for F&HC department to be presented for the board meetings.
