As the plant manager trusted advisor, I had to contributes to all areas of plant management and provide strong financial leadership, I was involved in nearly every facet of plant's local operations. - Implement SAP FICO in record time, which allowed us the start using the SAP from the first Fiscal year,

My main role was to educate the functional leaders and their staffs, regarding finance and accounting procedures and to explore how the finance function can support their operations. I was able to straighten out the accounting and finance operations of the last five years in twelve months.

• Creation of the financial department & Implementation of SAP R3 FiCo • Responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget • Responsible for preparation of all financial statements & Coordination with external auditors • Cash Managment and Bank relationship

• Supervise a team of 4 Controllers, • Prepare and distribute 5 external and 4 Interns report. • SAP Key user • Responsible of SOX audit.

• Product controlling « Responsible of the Passat platform». • Responsible of the preparation and the diffusion of the Balanced Scorcard groups • Benchmark between the subsidiaries companies of the group.
